São pinturas riscadas que lembram gravuras, técnica que desenvolvi a partir de minhas pesquisas sobre gravuras históricas que marcam nosso imaginário e também todo o incrível acervo de gravuras modernas e contemporâneas presentes na história da arte brasileira, seja ela popular ou erudita.

Da fusão entre pintura e gravura, preto e índio e preto e branco, nasce o meu trabalho.”

I seek a fusion of these aspects because that's how I feel. Technically the work also merges different aspects. They are scratched paintings that resemble engravings, a technique that I developed from my research on historical engravings that mark our imagination and also the entire incredible collection of modern and contemporary engravings present in the history of Brazilian art, popular or erudite.
